雷達液位計由于具有適用范圍廣、計量精度高、可靠性強、維護量小等優點,所以其領域應用越來越廣泛。大眾對雷達液位計的(de)認(ren)知也(ye)越來越深,你可能了解(jie)雷達液位計有哪(na)些優點,但是你不一(yi)定知道它(ta)的(de)校(xiao)準方(fang)式(shi),雷達液位計的(de)校(xiao)準方(fang)式(shi)也(ye)關乎它(ta)的(de)測量精度。
雷達液位計有兩種校準方式,首先是常規校準方式,由于雷達液位計的一般測試距離為2.10m或大于10m,在實驗室中很難模擬校準所需的距離,所以雷達液位計多采用在線校準的方法。雷達液位計在線校準是利用現場工藝條件,通過液位的變化,將雷達液位計的輸出值與實際的液位計測量值或其他形式的液位測量進行比較。按照《液位計計量檢定規程》對雷達液位計進行多點或單點校準,然后通過調試軟件進行調試,使其達到測量精度要求。常規的雷達液位計在線校準方法可以保證按照法規要求進行,同時在線校準同時校準過程干擾和安裝誤差因素。因此,雷達液位計的實際測量精度應高于實驗室校準的精度。然而,在線例行校準在校準期間利用現場過程條件和現場過程設備,將停止生產 儲罐或反應罐,這(zhe)將嚴重影(ying)響現(xian)(xian)場工藝生產(chan)。同(tong)時,現(xian)(xian)場液位變化受工藝條(tiao)件影(ying)響,穩定時間(jian)過長,因此在(zai)線例行標定時間(jian)通常較長。探測器測量或其他形(xing)式(shi)的(de)液位測量也受到(dao)現(xian)(xian)場安全和(he)技術的(de)限(xian)制(zhi)。
