經過(guo)(guo)分析提(ti)出了(le)解(jie)決(jue)方案。將靠近頂部高壓加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱器出口(kou)(kou)的導(dao)波(bo)(bo)雷(lei)達液(ye)位(wei)(wei)計(ji)取樣(yang)口(kou)(kou)移至遠(yuan)離(li)高壓加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱器出口(kou)(kou)的位(wei)(wei)置(zhi),將該導(dao)波(bo)(bo)雷(lei)達液(ye)位(wei)(wei)計(ji)與磁(ci)翻(fan)板(ban)(ban)液(ye)位(wei)(wei)計(ji)取樣(yang)口(kou)(kou)互換。通過(guo)(guo)改變取樣(yang)口(kou)(kou)的位(wei)(wei)置(zhi),高壓加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱器投入運行后,水(shui)位(wei)(wei)測量效果(guo)有了(le)很大(da)的提(ti)高。導(dao)波(bo)(bo)雷(lei)達液(ye)位(wei)(wei)計(ji)可(ke)以匹配磁(ci)翻(fan)板(ban)(ban)液(ye)位(wei)(wei)計(ji)的水(shui)位(wei)(wei)指示。測量表明,導(dao)波(bo)(bo)雷(lei)達液(ye)位(wei)(wei)計(ji)遠(yuan)離(li)上排水(shui)口(kou)(kou)后,測量值有較大(da)提(ti)高,水(shui)位(wei)(wei)顯(xian)示波(bo)(bo)動(dong)幅度(du)小且穩(wen)定,最終問題徹底解(jie)決(jue)。
